Dominic is a Chartered Physiotherapist and graduated with his Masters Degree from the Manchester Metropolitan University’s school of health. Dominic gained a first class honours with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and is a published author in the field of Sport Science. He joined the PhysioFixx team of Physiotherapists in 2020.
Before focussing on injury and rehabilitation, Dominic gained several years experience as a fitness assistant and graduate strength and conditioning coach. Since gaining his physiotherapy masters he has worked as a sport massage therapist in the MMU sport clinic, a rotational Physiotherapist at the world famous Addenbrookes Hospital, a chartered physiotherapist in a private practice and is now working as a senior physiotherapist at Ipswich hospital.
Dominic believes in evidence based practice and working in a strong partnership with his clients. He has a secondary interest in the field of strength and conditioning to which he is currently preparing for his accreditation having booked onto the workshops of planning programmes, plyometrics speed agility and weightlifting.
Outside of work Dominic has an interest in keeping himself very active with his own strength and conditioning training, lots of walking, semi-structured running and weekend football.
