Have you been injured and wish to return to your sport?
Do you have an event coming up that you want to get to the start and finish lines stronger and injury free? Our rehabilitation classes may help.
Classes are available to book in blocks of 6 or 10 weeks or pay as you go.
Following an assessment with one of our Physiotherapists, you can enroll on a course of rehabilitation classes in our well-equipped rehabilitation gym, with all the necessary equipment you need to get stronger. Sessions are overseen by experienced Strength and Conditioning specialists who can also produce a personalised programme for you. Not only will they make sure that you are doing your exercises correctly, they will also encourage, motivate and guide you to push to achieve your goals, whether you are getting back to a particular sport or just trying to enjoy every day life pain free and flexible.
Our Physiotherapists work closely with our performance & rehab team and review your progress on a regular basis, ensuring you are getting the best out of your rehabilitation.
Rehabilitation classes are held by Megan at the following times:
Monday’s 2:30pm, 6pm or 7pm.
Wednesday’s 10am or 1:30pm
Thursday’s 7pm or 8pm
