Megan Ayms, Sports Therapist
Megan trained at the University of Essex, graduating in 2017 as a Sports Therapist. Within her final year of study she worked alongside peers within the university Sports Therapy clinic. This enabled her to experience many differing injuries from every day aches and pains to specific sports injuries. She also found she had a very strong interest in Sports Massage and Taping.
Jim Crease, Sports Massage Therapist
Jim is an ITEC Level 4 qualified Sports Massage Therapist, having qualified in Norwich in 2016. His work experience was completed with Norwich City Football Club Under 23’s providing post massage services after their games. He also has experience of providing pre and post massage services at various running races and triathlons.

After 15 years working as a Formulation Chemist in the cosmetic industry Sam decided that she needed a career change so 3 years ago started her VTCT in Swedish massage this progressed into a Level 4 Sports Massage Qualification. Sam has a host of other specialist massages that she can give;
Angela Whiting, Sports & Holistic Massage Therapist
After over 15 years in the veterinary industry and gaining an animal medicine qualification Angela decided to re-train and in 2017 qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist and in 2018 gained her level 4 qualification.
