Claire qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2006 with First Class Honours from Coventry University. Following this she completed 2 years of junior rotations at Ipswich Hospital before being promoted to Senior Physiotherapist in musculoskeletal outpatients in 2008.
Claire has developed specialist skills in the diagnosis and treatment of lower limb conditions since working alongside Orthopaedic Consultants at Ipswich Hospital since 2010. She also has a specialist interest in treating sports people and adolescents.
Between 2010 and 2012 Claire also received a secondment to work as a Clinical Trials Practitioner for the Trauma and Orthopaedic department. This involved co-ordinating and recruiting patients into clinical trials investigating a variety of surgical techniques.
Claire began work at Physiofixx in December 2013 following a year spent in Australia. She is trained in completing running analysis and video bike fit’s as well as more conventional physiotherapy assessment and treatment.
Outside of work Claire is a keen runner and member of Stowmarket Striders. She has also completed her UK athletics level 1 coaching course.
She is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and Health Care Professions Council.
